Brownie was an exceptional dog for his time.  In a breed known for the quality of its bitches, Brownie was in a class of his own among both sexes.  He won two GCA Specialties, an All-Breed Best In Show, and many Group wins and placements over his show career in the early 1990's.  He was the top winning Greyhound in Breed competition for three years, garnering the Pedigree Award in 1991, 1992, and 1993.  Brownie sired litters from Ch. Huzzah Mad Hattie and Ch. Huzzah Alice Blue, producing several champions.  All Legends greyhounds trace back to Brownie through these two litters.
